1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing SwiftConvert (swiftconvert.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Intellectual Property & Usage License

SwiftConvert grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our image conversion and QR generation tools for both personal and commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the client-side code logic.
Use the QR Generator to create malicious links, phishing sites, or malware distribution points.
Use automated scripts to overload our infrastructure (DDoS).

3. Limitation of Liability

The materials on SwiftConvert are provided on an 'as is' basis. Because the conversion process happens on your local device (User Hardware), SwiftConvert makes no warranties regarding:

The preservation of file metadata during conversion.
Any potential data loss resulting from browser crashes or hardware failure during processing.

4. User Generated Content

Since we operate a serverless/client-side architecture, we do not host, store, or claim ownership of any content (images, QR data) you process using our tools.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of International Commerce, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
